staines_rebel_Jr
Only 3 games left but the season is far from over. Current table 2nd - Leamington - 89 (+47) 3rd - Hitchin - 83 (+34) 4th - Slough - 83 (+30) 5th - Merthyr - 80 (+43) 6th - Banbury - 79 (+29) Final few games Leamington (A) – Biggleswade (H) – Banbury (A) – Weymouth Hitchin (A) – Banbury (H) – Biggleswade (A) – Basingstoke Merthyr (H) – St Ives (A) – Redditch (H) – Hayes and Yeading Banbury (H) – Hitchin (A) – Leamington (H) – Kettering Slough (H) – Cirencester (A) – Chesham (H) - Redditch Leamington probably can't be caught now, particularly due to their great goal difference. The other 3 positions are up for grabs though with each team in with a shout of grabbing that 3rd place and a home semi final. Slough and Merthyr arguably have the easiest run ins but if Banbury can beat Leamington and Hitchin they will likely go into the play offs with the best form and the team to avoid. Mark44
I think we can get 6 poiints that will take us to 89.... I think Hitchin will get 7 and Merthyr 9 and we will be playing leamington away Of course I am 2nd bottom in the prediction league so the opposite is likely to happen
Mark44
I see Banbury picking up 4/5 just for clarity
rebelbrewer
I can see us getting 7 points - i think we'll gat at least 6. So if Hitchin lose to Banbury or draw with Banbury and Basingstoke we still could beat them - not in our hands but not gone yet.
staines_rebel_Jr
Hitchin win their cup final 2-1 tonight against Bishop Stortford, hopefully this won't give them too much of a boost in the final run in.
REBEL MATTERS
Playing away from Arbour Vale doesnt seem to suit us at the moment (whoever were playing). A home play off would be great (sell out crowd like H&Y would be brilliant), but hand on heart, cant see us playing at home in either the semi or final of play offs. You mean Arbour Park CR, easy mistake to make It could be in our hands if Hitchin lose or draw against Banbury but firstly we need to get the win on friday and then worry about the small matter of getting the points off Chesham.
