The seats are........AMBER !!!!!

Some great photos of the ground just been put up on the clubs twitter page. The seats have been put in the main stand and there is also a barrier put in the north and south stands.

One question I have is with putting the barriers in the standing sections is it purely health and safety (gone mad) or is it there to be the furthest place you can stand, as is you can no longer stand up against the main pitch perimeter. This has been the biggest design flaw in the stadium is that when people stand right up against the pitch perimeter people behind in the actual stand can't see the whole pitch, the end of the pitch and particularly the goal line view is obstructed and you can't tell if the ball has gone over the line.

It looks great though overall and with more of the club colours in place it will feel more like home.

From what I am told you have to have the barriers in in order to have the official full capacity of the stands (just under 900 at each end), without them you can officially only have half of that.  I don't know what effect it will have on people standing on the fence, but I don't think it will make any difference to them unless the council decide to put more of the yellow markings there.

Don't think the seat colour was ever beyond doubt and it's looks great. Each row is steep and will offer superb views especially from the top couple of rows with the added bonus of being feet away from the bar (would you be allowed beer in plastic glasses sitting in the main stand?). You would presume those new crush barriers behind each goal have been put in so all fans need to be behind them so that pathway is clear.

So with the barriers now in place and if you add just the 3 stand capacities together that gives you over 2,000. Add in the flat standing areas along both sides that must add another 500?

Not until such time as SBC apply to have the capacity altered. As it's their facility, they have the responsibility to do this. Until then it remains as 1,950.

That'll surprise me if true and I'd expect it if it was a ST holder to be able to choose a seat for the season. It's hardly unreasonable and it's not like there wouldn't be loads of seats left on the day as I wouldn't imagine we'd sell more than 150 out of 500 seats.

There were allocated seats for the first game at Arbour Park, since then the only reserved seats were for corporate clients, away directors or special circumstances or Scotty needed room to turn his body. There are clubs , in our league, who reserve seats for long standing fans with their names on
