staines_rebel_Jr
In case anyone has missed it, the club are planning a testimonial for Super Kev McGoldrick during pre season 17/18. Unfortunately the testimonial comes along with some bad news as Kev McGoldrick isn't very well at the moment and missed the game vs Hitchin due to having an MRI scan. http://www.sloughtownfc.net/article/1140/A-message-from-Kevin-McGoldrick After having helped hundreds if not a thousand players during his time at the club plus any time fans have been unwell, if anyone deserves some good news and a bit of luck when it comes to health it has to be Kev. Hopefully things can improve for him and not be too bad. I am sure that if any of us can help in any way we would all be more than happy to. It would be great to pack out the testimonial next season. Irishadrian
Echo that. The recent event with Mark Scott and now this serious news regarding Kevs health brings home how relatively unimportant football really is in the grand scheme of things. Its health and friends and family that overide all else Im sure we all wish to see Kev and Mark restored to full health as soon as is possible.
