littlehampton
Suffolk definitely hasn't been a happy hunting ground for Town this season, with only one point from nine to show from our visits, and everyone will be hoping we can make it fourth time lucky, when we travel to Bloomfields to face third placed Needham Market, in the Ryman Premier Division, tomorrow (Saturday) afternoon. Needham are having a very good season, have only lost twice at home to date, and are in with a very realistic chance of making the play-offs. Back in December we played out a 3-3 draw with them at Donkey Lane. Whilst undoubtedly this will be another stiff test for Town, we have turned in some excellent away performances this campaign, and it is worth noting that last season we went up and beat Needham 2-3 at Bloomfields. Funny old game football - look at Barcelona this week - anything is possible! Very best of luck to Brad and the boys, and everyone else travelling up to Suffolk tomorrow. Let's do the business guys! vauxhallman
Great team performance today every player played there part superbly marshalled by Captain Kirby. Bradley came on to makesure we saw the game out with nearly every ball and header he played going into the corner. So different from last sat but why? We played 4-4-2 and kept the ball on the ground, well until brad came on LOL,could that be the reason, great link up play between micky and johnathan and ricky and samir worked well. Theodopolous
The first half showed the town at their very best ... when our plan A works it is great to watch our problem lies when teams work us out and play on our weaknesses.... Kirbs was everywhere again and his turn on a sixpence cross for our second was Messi like.... A great together performance with everyone playing their part.... Beardsleyesque
Nathan will always play the ball on the ground when he can. No Harry so no temptation to lump it.
PPotential
Good win, but Brad should be planning for next season from now. Get some players in and see if they will be good enough. I don't see the point of him being on the bench and bringing himself on. I went to watch Enfield Borough last Wednesday for the first time. They have some fantastic players. Surely one or two of them are worth a look. Sent from my SM-G928F using Tapatalk
