staines_rebel_Jr
Doesn't sound great but again wish him all the best and take his time to recover fully. As mentioned in the update, Super Kev and Kelly did a great job. Very calm and professional.
Matt
Since the article went live I understand the damage to Mark's lower back is less severe than first thought, and there is no fracture. Obviously good news, and it's been updated to reflect this.

staines_rebel_Jr
Mark J Scott @markjscott19 Just an update! I've fractured my spine around base of my neck, which has caused my spine to move. Tomorrow off to JR for an op to fix this Latest from Scotty himself.
michaelSTFC
Let's hope for a full recovery at whatever speed is best for his long term health. Speaking from personal experience, John Radcliffe is an amazing facility and Mark is in the safest hands behind his own !

Irishadrian
Its obvious that Mark wont be in our goal for some while I imagine the lads have been busy on the phone since I dont think Turkeys number 1 is quite right for a run in where we can still be champions! Do we have any idea who will be between the sticks at Biggleswade?
GlenSTFC
All will be revealed on Wednesday I'm pretty 100% certain! Bearing in mind our position and we're still aiming for top spot I'm very confident our managers will bring in suitable loanee who is as good as Mark. Do we have any idea who will be between the sticks at Biggleswade? As Scotty's injury looks to be a bad one I doubt it very much if he'll make a return this season and I'd guess there's a possibly he'll miss part of next season but lets keep everything crossed. Hammer_rebel
Are we gonna raise some money to help him out? I don't know what job mark does... so I don't wish to assume but may be good
Matt
The subject of fundraising for Mark Scott is something that the Club is actively looking at, and plans are being formulated. There will be a more formal communication on this in the coming days. The priority at the moment is Mark's health - having undergone surgery today, he will obviously spend more time undergoing treatment and recovering in hospital. Gashimoto
Do we know how the operation went? Hope all is OK and I agree fundraising for mark should be done ASAP, I hope he's not self employed if he's looking at a long convalescence.
