Mark Scott

Since the article went live I understand the damage to Mark's lower back is less severe than first thought, and there is no fracture. Obviously good news, and it's been updated to reflect this.

Let's hope for a full recovery at whatever speed is best for his long term health. Speaking from personal experience, John Radcliffe is an amazing facility and Mark is in the safest hands behind his own !

Its obvious that Mark wont be in our goal for some while I imagine the lads have been busy on the phone since I dont think Turkeys number 1 is quite right for a run in where we can still be champions! Do we have any idea who will be between the sticks at Biggleswade?

As Scotty's injury looks to be a bad one I doubt it very much if he'll make a return this season and I'd guess there's a possibly he'll miss part of next season but lets keep everything crossed.

The subject of fundraising for Mark Scott is something that the Club is actively looking at, and plans are being formulated. There will be a more formal communication on this in the coming days. The priority at the moment is Mark's health - having undergone surgery today, he will obviously spend more time undergoing treatment and recovering in hospital.
