I'd guess the bigger problem would be a frozen pitch, especially at that time in the morning.

 

Forecast is for about a max of 3 degrees but a lot colder with the wind chill factor.

Thanks staines_rebel_Jr juzt looked at a video of tbe landing deffo Cirencesters ground took it off a newsfeed that had KL as home team!! I should have double checked Injured player wasnt as badly hurt as suspected and copter left without him

Excellent 3 points against an improving Cambridge City side.

 

Makeshift defence with Nathan Smart suspended, no Guy Hollis and Stoney getting injured has possibly lead to us conceding three goals but 3 points is all that matters at this stage of the season. 

 

How did we look reverting back to a 4-4-2 with two wingers?

Scrappy game on the most part but, as we said before kick off, on that pitch any win would do and that's what we got. We did manage to play some good football at times on what was anything but a carpet and the goals were all top drawer. Dunn was once again excellent as was gav James but my motm was nis who had to be at his best in a makeshift (and rather small) backline and his positional sense and leadership were outstanding throughout. Great week for us and, as has been mentioned above, it's massive that the gap between 5th and 6th is opening up as our first target must be securing play off football and then see where we end up!!!
