Localwatcher
Such a shame to see. A club who has done so well in recent years. Would this make the title race interesting? How many points would the top sides lose? It looks like it's down to Totternhoe and Clinton to chase down Thame. How would promotion to div 1 and relegation from div 1 work. If it was those 3 in the top 3 would we have a situation like last year with Amersham where teams who do not deserve to go up do?

Last season was a one off regarding Amersham Town - The FA instructed Step 6 Leagues to get up to full quota regarding of where clubs with facilities finished. At present neither Thame Rangers, Totternhoe or Aston Clinton have the facilities (No floodlights) to be approved for promotion.

I've seen them play and they would deserve to go up even if they finish 4th or 5th in my opinion. The question is will the teams that deserve to go down go down ? Arlesey Town Reserves got another chance this season in Division 1 and look how they have performed again.
