4wembleyfinals Posted January 20, 2017 Share Posted January 20, 2017 Two years ago I referred to Alex Read as being a suitable acquisition but had my knuckles rapped for actually suggesting we buy a tried striker. I believe that at the time a certain subscriber admonished me for not having any business sense. But that is now water under the bridge.I also have to confess, however, that I have similar views to those vented by "Vauxhallman" (inhis comment on the AGM in ETFC v Hendon) as to whether the board has the samevision for the club, as ours, regarding the clubs future. I believe we are now at the cross roads as to whether we progress or standstill. The latter being the more difficult to sustain.
