Monday 12th December Results

Surrey Senior Cup 2nd Round

Carshalton Athletic 0-2 Tooting & Mitcham United

Tooting & Mitcham play Knaphill in next round.

Decent game at GGL tonight. Abbey netted twice just before half time and looked shaky when SCR got one back but Abbey stayed calm, added a third and deserved their win. Might have been a different game if SCR had scored first and they really should have.

Semi final..didn't expect to be saying that this season.

Played very well in the first half & took the lead. The second half eversley came at us strongly & got a deserved equaliser. However we regrouped got a cracking second goal & a third on the break to progress into the next round

Guildford City 3 Horley Town 3   (Guildford 3-2 Horley Town penalties)

We only had five first team players playing tonight but the players who did play did us proud Town went in at half time two nil up after to great strikes. Guildford hit back in the second half with three goals before town hit back again with a cracking goal from Scott Robson to send the game to penalties! Guildford brought a goal keep on in the last couple of minutes guess he is a shot stopper just for the penalty shot out and it paid off.
