After their defeat at the weekend there is no way Gavin Kelsey will want to lose this one. I'll go a very close home 2-1 or 3-1 with a late goal to put some gloss on the win for Hertford Town. Should be a decent crowd too... maybe pushing 300?

Thats a fair shout and very true...after that loss, they wont want another as i can then see LC running away with it.

Yes very good crowd. Lets be honest Hertford need to be the next level up, theyve been knocking on the door for years and have every chance of making that step a success

I couldn't pass up on a top-of-the-table clash.

I'm not sure if Hertford were incredible or if London Colney were terrible. So I'll settle for a little bit of both.

I can't bring to mind a single shot on Hertford's goal. Whereas they could have had 5 or 6 themselves if it weren't for some great saves by the legs of the Colney keeper.

This certainly makes the second half of the season a bit more interesting. I know there's still a long way to go, but a win for Colney would have made them massive favourites to lift the trophy.

276 on a Tuesday evening as well is decent. I think if Hertford professional upwards (long way to go I know) they could easily get 300 to most games.

Guess we had better order an extra box of crisps for the game on the 27th

Wouldn't it be great to see the Town's folk of both Welwyn and Hertford (two of the best supported clubs in the league) come out in force on the 27th and show what sort of crowds can be achieved... 400 + would be great

Attendance Statistics

Lowest - Highest - Average

1 - Hertford Town - 117 - 339 - 217

2 - Berkhamsted - 58 - 124 - 93

3 - Welwyn Garden City - 53 - 140 - 92

Certainly the best supported clubs in the league.

Think 400 might be a bit of a stretch though. Especially with it being at Welwyn, with all due respect.

I think the season high may well end up being from that opening Saturday. When Hertford hosted Hoddesdon and everyone wanted to find out who had landed where and how many deaths there would be.

But all that aside, it's definitely a game that'll tempt me to don my anorak over the festive period.
