That leaves Slough, Dulwich, Staines and Croydon A to fight it out for 2 places??!!

I can't see Croydon A lasting the distance as their squad is too small (like ours). I only hope Eddie can pull two quality (yet cheap!) signings out of the bag soon to bolster our midfield and defence.

hi there all i feel that what i put was a rerlistic situation any of us could agree or dissergree but harmless fun keep posting your prodictions. blymy 4 pages of news maybe a prodictons page from you regested friends as i will strugle but manage to hopefully keep in touch. snow turned to sleet turned to rain. catch you all well some of you on here.

Expect a late surge from Staines as we believe they have played all the top teams now and have an easier run in than most. They also have players returning from injury including Richard Gell.

I certainly expect Lewes, Windsor, Staines and Worthing to make the top 4, and probably in that order.

to tell the truth when staines played windsor they didn't look all that good with very little chances made and a defence that wasn't the best.

I agree with the windsor fan, iv seen them 3 times this season and iv not been impressed at all!

But remember the old cliche, a sign of a good team is the fact that they can play poorly and still win (or something to that effect).

That hardly aplies to Staines they seem to just play badly and not win.

Staines will come good I feel, players like Maskell, Ibe and Roni Joe are decent players at this level.

 

Windsor & Lewes are certs to go up I feel. Devonshire will kick Hampton into gear, Staines will come good so it could be between us Dulwich and Worthing for two of three spots I think... Don't see anyone else really challenging?

Can't see the money running out for Windsor to be honest. And unless something unforeseen happens like an injury crisis I see the top four being: Lewes, Hampton, Windsor and Worthing. We need a consistent run if we are to grasp a top six place and I am not sure the squad has enough depth to achieve that.

In January, we play Worthing twice, and Hampton. We need to take points in these matches or a top 6 finish will be very difficult.

I'd like to think we'd finish top 6 but i also have doubts, mainly consistency and the depth of the squad. Eddie really needs to bring in at least 2 new faces, but better than what we've got and not just to make up the numbers or keep the bench warm. We have a strong first eleven but when you look at our subs bench with the likes of (and not disrespect intended) Bakishan, Payne, Braich, Deaner etc these players just aren't up to this level if we're honest. Plus we have the likes of Barrowcliff, Daly, Wilkinson all getting on and coming to the end of their careers. We need some reinforcements pretty quick or a top 6 will just be a dream...

all i can say is, unless we can pull some results out aginst the top teams in this division we'll be going nowhere. i know I said that we'd never beaten a team in the top six, but we haven't beaten a team that will be challenging for a promotion place. We'll finish eighth unless something magical happens
