The game has to be re-arranged due to Northwood having to replay their trophy match on trophy.

On the Northwood website they have the match down to be played on 15th November but we currently are scheduled to play MK Dons in the B&B cup that day, any news on this?

Well

The reason we can't play them the next Tuesday (8th) is they have a county cup, So ?

As MK Dons are in the FA cup this weekend, if they have to replay it would be on the 15th which could affect our county cup game, so i would think that the club would wait until after the weekend to set dates.

If our county cup game goes ahead I'd guess the Northwood game would go to November 22nd.

But as i say, this is all guess work.

So the fact that Northwood have the game down as the 15th doesn't mean anything until we see if MK Dons need a replay or not.

We are looking at the option of playing Northwood on the 23rd (after we play Stratford) however will come down to them, as ideally having lost the Cinderford game we don't want to really lose the Stratford game also.

If I had a choice I would make it 29th as Banbury are already coming to us on that Tuesday, so I'd make the Banbury game the following Tuesday 6th.

As the 6th is not a Cup date.

But NOT my choice.

Bump this back to the top

Players to choose from tonight: Jamie Jackson, Nathan Smart, Josh Jackman, Wes Harrison, Jon Palmer, Adam New, Steffen Bennett, James Dobson, Gurkan Gokmen, Lewis Putman, Adrian Sear, Nathan Webb, Simon Dunn, Gavin Smith, Aaron Couch, Pritpal Raju.

obviously going to be lots of changes tonight with a couple of "squad" players getting a chance to play.

For all those who didn't go, you missed out on one of the best matches this season. The match was packed full of brilliant football and drama!

You also missed one of the angriest men in all of football who just happened to be their 4 foot nothing player manager with a Mohawk.

oh we also lost 1-0.

For those interested the starting line up was (I think)

Jackson

Smart, Harrison, Palmer, Jackman

Gokman, New, Sears, Putman

Smith, Couch

Putman went off (injured/precaution) just before half time replaced by Dobson.

Second half Smart and Jackman swapped sides. Sears went off for Bennett who went CB and Palmer went CM. Couch went off for Raju.

I thought Adam New did fairly well in CM considering last season we saw him play mainly in defence, also Bennett did well when he came on.
