B&B cup 2016/17

Recommended Posts

Do you think we are picking up a lot of these injuries through the pitch?

Nope don't put it down to the pitch... is just football, you get them on grass as much as anything else....

Gav was a muscular injury from striking a ball, Harrison was a tackle on grass, Lee was his ankle giving way, and Gurkan was in a block where his ankle moved....

MK Dons have average home attendances of over 9,000.

I'm sure some will have past knowledge of how many might travel down for a B & B Cup match, and what the likely total attendance for the match might be?

Could be a good attendance in light of the 367 at the match last night.

Considering they didn't advertise their match against Chalfont St. Peter in the first round and it isn't even listed on their fixtures/results. Not sure their supporters will even know it is happening.

The only past meeting was in February 06 at MLB dons in the B&B with an attendance of just 429

would be surprised if we didn't get more than last night. no point dwelling on the fact MK Dons won't bring their best side its still a league 1 side at the end of the day and that will attract local Slough people who are on the fence about coming along to a Tuesday night cup game I'm sure.

not sure about attendances but MK Dons had a reasonably strong side away to Didcot last season and won 14-0. they then beat Maidenhead 4-1 before losing on pens to Chesham. circumstances will dictate how strong their team will be I guess. for example a great opportunity to get a game for players coming back from injury or who have been on the fringes of the squad/starting lineup
