cup of tea Posted September 17, 2016 Share Posted September 17, 2016 Well today we were away to the league leaders and I think we should have really had all three point again. I felt we were the better team in both halves - we just couldn't get the ball into the back of the net. Phoenix look useful offensively but were clearly struggling in defence against us. I think if the ref had been a bit stronger we might have got something out of it as well. Well played Hornchurch, keep playing this way and the results will come. Baron of Black Fen Posted September 19, 2016 Share Posted September 19, 2016 Some really clear cut chances missed and Sam in goal was hardly what you would say "overworked". Makes a mockery of their report in NLP that our stubborn defence held out.
