You lost to them once. 6-0 but come on. WGC are awful this year. Too many money grabbers on £70 a game

Ok if you say so "Mr 11 posts"! I wouldnt say awful, but i wouldnt say great.

Who knows how much players are on...but i didnt expect our Manager to bring in so many and also make a "loose cannon" the captain.

Its a far cry from the Smith Captaincy days it seems.

Who was a loose cannon. I remember last season 3-0 down and he kicked someone in the head in injury time to get a 3 game ban. Super player though.

Is a loose cannon....read the post and you will see or research the wgc team. Thought you knew the wgc team?

Smith = decent, tough, always committed, 100% wgc grit...something thats lacking this season

Liked Smiths workrate but used to go over the top too many times & pick up silly yellows/reds. Injured far to often as well.

Physical players often get injured...but its better than getting injured diving or pransing around like half the dimwits these days.

But i know what you mean, silly little things or being riled and then a resulting yellow ensued.

Yeah sometimes you need to bat clever which means no injury & no yellow.

I think all players have the capability to be a bit silly at times...kicking balls away, swearing at refs and so on. The disappointing thing for me is fellow players trying to get opposition players booked and sent off by diving and gamesmanship...for me, and it's just my view, there is no place for that and it's a shame some teams consider it to be part of the game at any level.

Welwyn didn't look after the players that gave them that, players that had helped the club grow, gave 110% all the time and had the club at heart. They don't have players like that anymore. The manager looks to have got too excited with a bigger budget.

Harefield United 1 Southall 3

A big and much needed win for Southall FC today who are now back on course and i wonder if Southall legend Chris Barrett was in the Harefield United line up today?

Another defeat for Oxhey Jets today be it against a very decent team and im told that Tom Inch has left Hanwell Town and returned home to play for Oxhey Jets he is a very good player in my opinion and im a bit suprised Sir Duffy has let him leave.

No, Chris Barrett did`nt play, It was a much changed Harefield team than the one that beat Wembley in midweek. One of the many problems managers at this level have is fielding a settled side week after week. Tom Inch scored for the OJ`s on Saturday i think they will have a much better season than the last one.

Six players out from the wembley game so yes a much changed side. No surprise if all back for FA CUP GAME saturday away to Kempston Rovers.

Are Perry Dicker and Luke Baldwin still playing for the Hares?

I believe Luke is still with the Hares but is injured, Perry joined  Harrow Boro but i`m not sure if he is still there, he has not featured for them yet.
