As it has been re-scheduled for January 8th, there is time for a big match build up, publicity, poster campaigns, local press and T.V. etc., etc.

 

Perhaps the club could then charge admission on that basis. Appease the season ticket holders. Swell the terraces with freeloaders.

 

Might get a couple of thousand or so. Particularly as , according to "The New Tavs", it's Peterborough 1st Team.

I was told by our Club Secretary. Straight from the horse's mouth, if you like, being as it were he who arranged the fixture with his opposite number at the Posh.

 

Out of interest, who told you it wasn't to be their first team?
