littlehampton
Next up for Town in the Ryman League Premier Division are Kingstonian, who visit the Queen Elizabeth II Stadium, Donkey Lane, on Tuesday evening, kick off 7.45pm.Last season we entertained The K's, in a re-arranged fixture in March, and comfortably beat them 4-0, to avenge an earlier 1-0 defeat at Kingsmeadow at the beginning of November. So far, to date in the new campaign, both teams have an identical record. Both have yet to win, having suffered two defeats and a draw, from three League fixtures, and are 20th and 21st respectively in the table. Not the start either Club's wanted or expected, and you can guarantee both teams will be going hell-for-leather to kick-start their season tomorrow evening, to secure a much needed victory, three precious points, and start moving up the table.Town have home advantage and will be hoping to make that count, with a quality performance, to chalk up that elusive win.Should be an interesting contest. Let's hear it loud and clear for Brad and the lads!'COME ON YOU TOWN'
littlehampton
A sweltering hot day across the Country, with the mercury soaring into the mid-30Cs this afternoon, and its likely to be very warm this evening at the QE II. Health experts are recommending people drink plenty of liquid. Good advice - the Butlers bar will be open with a thirst-quenching range of real ales, and other refreshment, to help you stay cool, whatever the temperature. Arrive early and enjoy the match. littlehampton
GOAL!We are 30mins into the game now and the good news for us Towner's is that Town are in front. A goal scored by Tom Collins after 7mins, direct from a well-struck free kick, has given Town the lead.

OldTowner
A strange game. First 25 mins Town on fire and 3 good goals. The sending off ( Kingstonian No 8 ) seemed to change the game for both sides. Second Half seemed very low key affair
andyetfc
Didn't get to the game until we were 3-0 up and expected greater things. Unfortunately, the rest of the game seemed like a training exercise.

Raingod
Tuesday was my first competitive game of the season, after seeing the Brighton and Ware pre-season games. Having read this forum, twitter, etc on the first 3 games, I was concerned that the slow start of last season was going to be repeated, so overall pleased with the first 30 minute performance that secured the result. Great for the strikers' confidence for the 3 of them to each score. Whilst a bigger score would have been nice, Kingstonian didn't roll over in the second half, and the confidence from a clean sheet will be great for the defence too! Tom Collins got deserved MOM award, but I think Billy Crook ran him close with a great performance in midfield, and I think he and Nathan looked good together. Losing key players so close to the season start is frustrating, but to me it reflects well on the manager that so many of our players he recruited have gone to a higher division (and had we been promoted I think most would still be with us now). I am sure Brad will bring in the next set of quality players as and when he finds them. Only concern for me was Curtis coming off second half, and we didn't appear to have a defender on the bench ? Hope it's nothing too serious (and having a centre back called Curtis brings back great memories from the early 90s!)
