A very entertaining encounter saw Ashford take the lead shortly before half time with some nice play from Kam English setting up Dan Fleming for the first of his evening brace....  We started the second half very brightly and then Marlow themselves looked threatening before some superb slick passing around the edge of the box allowed Kam to cross again for an simple conversion for Dan  .... A delightful goal indeed.... Marlow were never out of the game and gave us a scare pulling back a goal around the 75 minute mark... But Ashford had the last word with Max Webb heading home a corner....

Some decent football, good performances from most of the lads in tangerine 'n' white and mine and Ryan's MOM went to Kam 

So back-to-back 3-1 wins and maximum points to start the season...

Excellent performance by all as Kev said Marlow had a second half spell of pressure that we controlled very well. Two more goals for Flem and Max getting on the score sheet put the points firmly in the bag.

 

A very good start to the season, with the defence looking solid.
