Two bits of SSML Newes/Gossip?

Recommended Posts

Holmer Green FCs best ever striker Dean Allen is doing pre - season with Hanwell Town FC which I'm very happy about as ive always rated the guy he has scored bags full of goals for struggling Holmer Green sides over the years and he looks the fittest that I have ever seen him and he seems a nice guy as well. #Topstriker

I was told today that the London Tigers FC secretary Mick Wilkens has stepped down from his role at the club as he has moved away and that for me is a massive loss to the club as he is a One Man Gang and apart from playing for the club he did everything else at the club. #Abigbigloss

I don't like to gossip, and this may be untrue but I cam across this on Wikipedia earlier.

Apparently, Frank Warren (the boxing promoter) is putting money into Hertford Town FC? That's according to his wiki!

Is that common knowledge and I've been living under a rock, or is this news?

I think that he was Hertford Towns shirt sponsor a few seasons back, but that was the sum of it as far as i know, would not really call it an investment as Wiki reports.

That will be as massive blow to London Tigers, as you said it always seemed they were a 'one man band' off the field there.

Good signing if you get Dean Allen committed, wouldn't have minded seeing him back at Aylesbury.

Yeah Dean Allen has already scored 3 pre - season goals. He was never really given a chance at Aylesbury FC. Kyle Watson who finished last season at Broadfields United FC has rejoined us and he is a top player in my opinion.

That is a TOP signing SB! Sad to see such a big ssml name leave the league. Watson is a top signing too, a real athlete!

I'm wondering now if Holmer Green have had a bit of an exodus following such a great season last year!
