Seems like Penn & Tyler's have favoured that match instead of ours even though I thought they were different KO's? Never mind no loss, much more there's as we may well not bother with them again.

 

 

Obviously saw the potential takings involved (£5 a pop to see a bunch of has beens) and said sod you Slough.

Least Didcot have better players, so should be a better work out for a first friendly.

 

Not knocking anyone or trying to stir the pot but was wondering why we didn't get Ascot FC again this pre-season in a friendly, as that seemed a lovely little club in a good setting.

Also I thought both clubs had some sort of tie up together ie loans etc, though, I could be mistaken on this.

 

I rather enjoyed it there last season, even though our team's work out didn't quite go to plan !

Just didn't work on the dates this year, as they don't get their pitch until late.
