Great to hear that two defenders, presumably a left back and a center back, have verbally committed to sign for us.

 

IMO should they sign they will be the last two pieces in the jigsaw and if all our new signings turn out to be a success we can expect an exciting season ahead in our new ground.

BTW how did Harrison Gilkes operation go?

Still awaiting the operation, he had it pushed back, but should not be too detrimental.

IMO should they sign they will be the last two pieces in the jigsaw and if all our new signings turn out to be a success we can expect an exciting season ahead in our new ground.

We've been waiting so long......... for a stadium back in Slough to play in, that I intend to enjoy this season regardless.

 

The fact that the managers are whetting our football appetite, by getting in some quality signings, just makes this ' new stadium experience ' even better.

 

Just got to hope that positive results for the team, follow in abundance ! ! !
