Just in case some people have missed it, Tribune Insurance has collapsed. I was on the helpdesk for 3 days so can give you an update....

 

-Those who paid by direct debit should be ok. A finance company called Candoo (or however it's spelt) will be writing to you so give them a call.

 

- Those who paid in 1 lump sum are screwed and need to re-insure their house. There is v v little chance of getting any £ back.

 

There is a help line number but I don't know what it is, try teletext. Price Waterhouse Coopers are the liquidators.

 

Hope no-one on here is effected, or if they are I pray you don't have an outstanding claim.
