Great spirit from the Totts boys today, in truth we could have been 10 nil down at half time, 3 games in 5 days for any club at any standard is tough but we've virtually played the same 11 in all 3 and it showed in the 1st half. Don't get me wrong Hale Leys are a good side and it's clear why they are top and win the amount of games they do. Their front 3 could play a lot higher. 2nd half we gave a really good account of ourselves and brought it back to 2-2 but they could've had another 3 before they eventually scored the 3rd.

Would also just like to add, the ref and his assistants were brilliant and handled a couple of situations really well.

I hope your having a laugh, the ref lost the game. Apart from calling a player a nob head he didn't handle the thumping situation very well, he spoke to one assistant who didn't see anything as he was watching the ball some 30 mtrs away. He didn't speak to the other assistant who was in direct line with the accusation.

Think the 'nobhead' comment was taken way out of context, he didn't call him a nobhead he said stop being a nobhead. Not a massive difference but the petulance and constant moaning from the player even after he was warned obviously got too much for the ref and in my opinion rather than get cards out he tried to deal with it as a human being, could've chosen his words better I agree. However, some of the language used by certain players during the game could also be talked about, like the number 10 threatening to stab more than one of our players through out the game, he also called the ref a "black cu&t", which the ref chose to laugh off.

The punch you mentioned that was never a punch, the 2 players involved was just handbags a couple of pushes, and the crowd (not our 'fans') along that said even said there was no punch at all, the actions of the number 10 created all the afters going round pushing and shoving and telling everyone he had a knife on him and he was going to slice them in the changing room or car park after!

It was a shame because the game wasn't like that at all, can't remember a bad tackle.

I can't comment on the stabbing threats not being on the pitch, but I doubt anything like that was said. Calling the ref, the lad is black so another doubtful statement. As for the Hale fans comments, I was the only one within 5 yards of the so called incident, no one asked me, couldn't answer any way as I was looking in a different direction towards the game. I did hear one comment from one of your players " can't touch me, I'm a copper ". I do hope it doesn't escalate which I would doubt to the cup final.

Same as. I was on the other side of the pitch and didn't hear the comment to the ref 1st hand. The other bits I did hear and as much as they shouldn't be said the 10 went across after the game and shook hands with the Totts lad and all was sorted out. Can't see any trouble at the final both teams amicable after the game sharing a beer and sarnies.

I know they don't want to, but would love to see them play in div 1 or prem think they would def challenge

After a long weekend session away in Croatia and not hearing any results I come back to reality, with us unexpectedly losing to high flyers L. Colney and Hale Leys FC still up to there usual cheating and unsporting antics confirmed this reality check for me.

Its funny how you can hate on Hale Leys every time I see you write something just because they're doing well. People like you are what's wrong with this society. Be grateful that they're enjoying themselves and playing good football.
