Heard a rumour there's going to be a restructure of the reserve leagues? Any truth in this?

Seems that a proposal has been made to form a Development/Reserve hybrid type of league based broadly on facilities. Those not making the standard would be part of another section with the possibility of playing each other several times if numbers demand it.

All club secretaries have been sent the proposal - will be decided at AGM
