Do two teams go up from SSMFL premier or only one this year?

Rumours are flying around that two teams are going up this year, does anyone know?

No one will know for sure until FA announce it, I haven't seen anything official yet.

2 Teams cannot go up this season from our league as only 1 of the top 3 have passed the grading. Any talk of anything other than that is rumour mongering.

1,2 or even 3 might get relegated to Div 1 but it is likely it will be 2.

The chasing Div 1 teams all have the facility to go up but they will be reliant on top Step 4 sides being relegated.

North Greenford Utd would likely go to the Combined Counties leaving only 1 (Leighton, Hanwell or Aylesbury) going to the SSML Prem.

Hoddesdon haven't been fully told yet by the FA they said all they had to do was a little tweak. I think they have given extra time to Hoddesdon because unlike London Colney who have done absolutely nothing. Hoddesdon on the other hand have. Therefore they are allowed to add this tweak

Can't be promoted this season & move to Ware - have to have been in a groundshare for a season before eligible for promotion under fa rules.

Hoddesdon cant go up. End off. A move to Ware is an attempt to keep their highly talented players for another season. If they win the league next season the ground share works. I like Hoddesdon but they wont be able to beat the system

Only 1 team gets promoted subject to passing the ground inspection. If there is an additional promotion place it then goes to points per game (PPG). The club with the highest PPG across step 5 gets that place if they have passed the ground inspection. Petemondo points out you cannot get promoted with a ground share.

If a step 5 league cannot supply a team to get promoted, step 4 clubs on a PPG basis get reprieved.
