Rebadiah Hongfield
Woodford v Ampthill is off ... Ampthill twitter says Woodford can not find an available pitch There's your answer gaz, whichever your home games are, just say you can't find an available pitch!! That should space the congestion out.

But is that a typo? Surely that fixture pile up for a team who play on an artificial pitch can't be right, they couldn't have had that many games called off to warrant this?? Surely that fixture pile up for a team who play on an artificial pitch can't be right, they couldn't have had that many games called off to warrant this?? Edgware have seven League games and a Cup Final to play, although only two of the eight are due to be played at SJP - both on Saturdays, in line with Karen's 'clubs want Saturday football' argument. I don't know the exact number, but their fixture pile-up - leading to numerous midweek games to play - has been exacerbated by their Cup Semi-Final (away to Woodford Town) being postponed four or five times. And as it was a Cup Semi-Final, Karen (presumably) had to prioritise this game in any earlier free midweek slot, rather than any of the postponed League games. Afraid it's down to away games and clubs not wanting to switch to SJP As I said in an e-mail would gladly move the Woodford game on the Monday prior to the Cup Final if clubs can find a venue and alternative date. Its the last thing I wanted to do is give Edgware a game prior to the Cup Final but with Ware unavailable in May I had no choice.

If there's absolutely nothing you can do, then it's not your fault our kaz. The Edgware cries of "we're the victims" have been proven false. Makes for an interesting finish to Div 1 at least.
