With Guy Hollis ill, Adam New suspended and Dan Hicks still on holiday it looks like we are again very much up against it.

 

Tough afternoon ahead with Chippenham needing a win to keep in touch with the play-offs,

Meaningless end of season game, but watch the moaners on here again if

we dont win.

Chippenham come into it with a poor run of form like us with just 6 points from the last 8 games compared to our 5 points

 

The reverse fixture earlier in the season was one of the best games we have had all season with everyone playing well and putting on an entertaining game. If we play anything like we did on that night it will be great.

People have a right to criticise a side who are losing, not scoring any goals or even looking like doing so... Unless it's free to get in these days? In which case yeah just sit back and have no right to say anything. May as well all pack up and go home as its so meaningless and dead rubber and all them phrases that get trotted out and probably doesn't help players if they hear that around the ground.

Yes they do have a right, People seeing the negative club things can post, just as people who want to say things in support of the club also have the same right to say their things. 

 

What is happening at the moment is that the polar opposite views are being attacked because people can't see why the other is saying what they are saying.

 

Before hitting that Post button, re-read what you have typed and if it is not something you would say to that person face to face, with a group of people standing around listening to you, then change what you typed.

 

Also respect the other persons views, as they have exactly the same right to post as "you" do (whoever the "You" are), even if you don't agree with them. 

 

Bring this forum down to "you are wearing black/rose/amber&blue" tinted glasses arguments is bring the forum down to a 3-5yr old spat.

 

Knowing most of you, I know that most of you are above that kind of thing when face to face, so be above it when behind a keyboard.

There is nothing riding on tomorrows game for us but nevertheless, just like our managers, I want to win the game and would get great pleasure in doing so.

 

I also expect to see our players busting a gut to win the game as well.

Actually there is something to play for. The chance to be considered for inclusion in next seasons squad Chippenham may well be desperate for the points tomorrow  I am  sure thats been true for their last eight games and the opponents have taken the lions share of those points  Not imo a foregone conclusion tomorrow All bad runs come to an end  lets hope its ours tomorrow
