Once again this thread was about one players and has completely drifted off to another player!!!

 

Quite ironic since this thread was created specifically to stop another from drifting from one player to another.

 

 

SRJ, if you look at a lot of posts on this forum, for one reason or another they tend to go off topic.

 

At least the plus point of this one going off topic is that it is praising the qualities of a player rather than being negative or derogatory.

I would agree with what you have said above 3spirit, except to add that he can also score some very good goals and unlike some of the other players you've mentioned Putts has been up for most of our games this season and is also IMO willing to put the effort and work rate in, so comparisons with Darren Wheeler etc are IMO not really valid.

 

Not really sure what other people are saying and going overboard about that can differ much from what's been said above.

 

When I said ' that was the reason they were let go', I should of said 'one of the reasons they were let go'.

 

Now if that is backtracking, HR, so be it !  Goo trip, goo trip, goo trip.......ha ha ha.
