Hungerford re-arranged 14th March

Another good team performance they scored from a very good corner must say our corners were poor seems like we don.t use the ploy of some one going to the backpost at the last moment like Yorkie used to do last season.

We had some good chances but not clear cut Barney unlucky with one cleared of the line but i would say that.s good defending.

Hungerford had three wayward shots at goal in the second half but as always a tough side to beat.

How did they get a free kick when the defender smashed Puts to the ground.

Hard how we only got one point from the last two games looks like we need a pen or deflected goal to get back on track.

TBF on the corners, there was very little space to take a run up to take a corner and I''m sure Hungerford were more used to it than us.

Agree, Putts was knocked to the ground and the inept ref gave a free kick the other way. Sums up his useless performance on the night.

A good performance last night, second half especially. I wasn't at the St Neots game, but by all accounts, we were the only team in the game. We are playing some good stuff and just cant seem to be finding a break at the moment.

Hungerford are a very handy side. Last night we more than matched them. Very solid at the back (except from the goal). Scott Harris and Lee Barney had good games up front, causing problems for the strong centre half's. I was impressed with Lee's hold up play last night, superb stuff.

Ryan Hope had another excellent game, he loves to get on the ball and is always an option. Very pleased for him. MOTM for me was Lewis Putman. He gave that poor right back a torrid time. The way he runs with the ball and beats players like they are almost not there is a joy to watch. For someone so tall, he's almost defying the laws of gravity :applause:   I would be very surprised if he was around next season, he's just too good for this league. I hope Guy Hollis is fit for Saturday, we are going to need him for what is a huge game for Weymouth. It is a must win for them in the quest for a play-off position.

See you all on Saturday and COYR

Agree about Putts having a good game and had their right back in knots.

Also thought Warren Harris was excellent along with Lee Barney and Hatchett.

If pushed I'd give MOTM to Warren Harris for his non stop work rate and effort. I'm beginning to think our managers just wind him up before a game and away he goes.

Good performance and only beaten by a classic training ground goal from a corner............truly thought we deserved a share of the points but the referee didnt help our cause. If points were deducted for blatant time wasting.................worst example of that I have seen and it started after about 15 minutes only. MOTM for me was Guy again.

It is a huge game for Weymouth on Saturday but I'd like to think that our players are still smarting from the trouncing they gave us at their ground and revenge will be very sweet.

Unfortunately with our backline disrupted due to unavailability and possibly Guy missing or not 100% fit we will go into the game depleted in a crucial area of the pitch.
