First half, not the greatest as a spectacle, Sudbury having the better of it but both having the odd chance.

Cracking second half. Sudbury got the lead, that and the introduction of David Knight seemed to spark Hornchurch into life and they then had the majority of the game after that. Did the keeper handball outside the box? Ref thought not. 

 

Deserved at least a point out of that game, with a bit of luck could have taken all three.

 

Just a word for Elliot Styles today - he was awesome for us today, even after 450+ games, he still puts the effort in.

 

Sudbury fans were a good laugh as well today, mixed with us on the Eastside.

Good game and decent result. I was pleased with our second half performance. We will need more of those to maintain our promotion push.

 

It's clear why Sudbury are top as they are a difficult side to beat. Having said that we could have knicked both games against them.

 

Aveley up next who lost 0-4 to Tilbury yesterday. It is very important we get back to winning ways against them.
