cant they get him on some kind of traffic offence, no need for a jury there..a hefty fine and 3 months filling in craters.. that'll teach him

Canv work out all the possible moves with him being captured alive and they have made a mistake, they should have shot him on sight

back 2 your best C.Z. shooting him would have been the preferred option, i cant see him having any real tactical info of any use, that will be with the generals etc .. they cant lower themselves to publicly humiliating him as this will generate sympathy.. they cant let him show any defiance either .. i reckon he gets shunted off somewhere quiet n left to rot, maybe falling down the stairs on the way and banging his head getting in the van

I suspect the reason they didn't kill him on the spot, was because there would have been a lot more doubt about whether it was really him or not.

Carr, even if found guilty will be released as she's done well over a year already, however I think she may be found innocent.

Huntley has also been pretty clever, I wouldn't be surprised if a Manslaugher verdict came back.

Saddam will be interesting, any charges of unlawful invasion could see the USA in the dock as well (but it won't) because just like you can't nip into Kuiwait without the UN's agreement the same must be said of nipping into Iraq
