Curtis Posted February 10, 2016 Share Posted February 10, 2016 Rebel1965, I would agree with you entirely if I believed there was a structure in place for a full time apprentice to develop and progress to the first time and them onward from there. But very few over the last three seasons I have been following the Club avidly have progressed to the first team and even fewer have progressed on to higher division Clubs. I thought the Slough Academy was set up as a type of apprenticeship with the aim of bringing talented players through to the first team and possibly beyond?
