To say relieved to get a point out of that game is an understatement Motty was magnificent in goal and it could easy have been a four goal deficit by half time second a bit more even although nothing seem to go our way a sending off for Junior to compound a frustrating evening but unscathed another huge game Saturday at Harlow

Would have taken the point before kick off to be fair. Tilbury used the conditions well in the first half and penned us in to begin with. Sam was excellent, pulled off some good saves. Second half much more in the game. Shame David Knight's header wasn't just a bit lower. Ref had a shocker, wasn't keeping up with play and made some random decisions. Tuesday night jinx hits us again.

 

Take the point, keep the gap from us to Tilbury, always prefer points on the board and we move on to another tough looking fixture on Saturday

Two big games on Saturday, Harlow at home to us and Sudbury v Thurrock.

Wow, how did we escape with a point there. Motty must have pulled off at least 8 saves in the first half and there were lots of other chances for Tilbury. The referee was atrocious. There was a point in the second half when he gave a non-existent foul by Nathan on their player, it was clearly 3 yards inside the box and he gave it on the edge of the area ( clown). Still keeps Tilbury same points behind us as they were at the start of the game and I am sure Jimmy Mc will be the happy manager.
