grrrrr....another day, another annoying kid...

 

This kid (about 10/11) bought a muffin today and about 5 minutes later he came back, having eaten the top of it and said 'I don't like it!' so, I did a refund, asked if he wanted something else instead and he asked for a shortbread. So, I charged him and he started moaning to his little mates saying 'I can't believe she charged me, I'm gonna complain and get her the sack.'. Well, you little [***!!***], of course I'm gonna charge you! You're lucky I refunded you in the first place and didn't tell you to [***!!***] off and stop wasting my time and my stock! Cheeky little [***!!***].

 

Then, to top it all, I had the next customer complaining that we weren't going fast enough, when there was only two of us serving! These people need their arses given a good kicking, the twats!!!

I didn't know you could get a refund simply because 'you didn't like it'.

 

Does this apply if I eat most of eat, as long as there are some crumbs left on the plate?

 

Also, if it does - where is this 'eat the cake and get a refund' coffee emporium?

I know, I shouldn't really have done a refund but it had been a long day, I was tired and I couldn't be arsed to argue. Anyway, I charged hime for the shortbread and so we really only lost 5 pence.
