With no prem games sticking out, I was going to try and make a Crawley G game to see what they're about. WHY NO GAME?! Gutted.

Any other suggestions? I've got all my xmas shopping done and it's oddly mild for this time of year, so I'm good to go!

From what I've been told it's due to a mix up between the leagues and Barton Rovers.

Worst referring performance I have seen in a long time today. The inconsitancy of referees in division 1 is shocking. To many referees that are out for themselves and want the game to be about them and not the players. We bounced back really well after Berko in the week. Dominated the game even after being reduced to 10 men. Hope the Buckingham lad who went to hospital today is okay.

Turgid game at ours today, 1-0 after 20 minutes. Tring hit the woodwork 3 times in first half. 2nd half we controlled, when the ref gave a really soft penalty and blew up immediately after we scored.

 

Haven't lost in the league since August, but cup and rep games mean it's still pretty tight.

Huge result for London Colney winning at AFC Dunstable especially with Hoddesdon losing 2-3 at home to Biggleswade who have moved up league of late with decent set of results

See on Full Time Mark Summers did not make an appearance till 81 minutes for Hoddesdon. Seems strange or is he carrying an injury.

No disrespect to Hoddesdon, but they're not the most technically gifted team in the league. They've got by with their excellent work rate, backed up by a great team spirit.

A key player or two leaving can wreak havoc on that spirit. Players can start looking at each other and doubting their commitment. Or thinking "if he's good enough for the next level, so am I."

And if I know anything about Summers, it's that he's quite ambitious.

So perhaps his head wasn't in it. Perhaps he's had an approach. Or perhaps he is just carrying an injury. A lot of speculation, but he can't have been dropped for poor form.

 

It's not the huge shock it would've been a month ago though. Biggleswade have found some good form of late. Must've used their celebrity contacts to bring in reinforcements.

 

More shocked by Broxbourne caning Berko and WGC not beating St Mags at home.
