Smudge
A lot of posters recently have commented about the standard of Goalkeeping in the CCL of late. Having watched many a CCL game over the years,it seems to me that there is a lack of coaching at many Clubs for keepers.Whilst watching TRS's video of the Dorking v CB Hounslow,it was great to see Alex Wines have his usual solid game. However with goalkeeping being a specialist position, surely they need 1 to 1 coaching to improve to a higher level? Watch Bradshaw/Pearce/Wastell and their deadball kicking and positioning at set pieces different class to many.Reason in my eyes, they had good Professional coaching, which the current crop of keepers lack. Any views would be welcome!!!!!!!!!!!!
