cup of tea
Not the best of games but the strikers made the difference today, especially from George including a cracking free kick that the keeper couldn't keep out. Three points in the bag and we move on to the fa cup
paokman
Sure you didn't write the match report in the Non-League Paper Simon, they only gave the game two out of five for entertainment. Mind You, having lauded George on the headline they gave "man of the match" to Seamus Kelleher of Wroxham, not having mentioned him in the match report. Got a good mind to write into the NLP. I thought the first half warranted my £5 entrance fee but my view may have been rose-tinted cos of my new specs and three pints down the Shed. Hope you all got home safely after quaffing all that drink
cup of tea
Didn't read the NLP and glad I didn't now. At the end of the day it was a comfortable win for us and a cracking goal from George and lots of effort from us which is what matters. Still very close at the top. Thurrock are a team on the move at the moment. Think there's going to be a number of twists and turns before the season is out. Obviously didn't drink too much last night as we were all driving back the next day. Think the force is with us now though !!! (explain when I see you).
