Rebel1965 - totally agree with that outlook. The magic number should be 45 points first of all to pretty much guarantee that we start next season in the new stadium in this league, anything above that and that's a bonus.

 

I'd like to think once the team get it right on the pitch we could look at mid - table and an improvement on last season, but right now 45 points and 20th place would do me fine

All I'm saying is that people are talking about the points we actually got and are saying we should be doing better, without actually saying how much better points wise they think the club should have now.

Yesterday Drax(Hippolyte) ex Maidenead was there, Keith Scott has seen us at least three times recently, and Martin Stone, Byron Walton and even Dave Mudge have been seen at Holloways ParK !

We've only played 18 competitive games, so it's right.

Key points for me personally are:-

 

1. IF we win tomorrow we will be 6-3-6 in the league with 21 points and something close to a break even goal difference.... which I would have been happy with at the start of this season (if we lose or draw tomorrow then not).

 

2. I would like to see us win at least two FA Trophy matches, and would love to see us get drawn against a Conference Premier side then.

 

3. If we can get to the quarter finals of the League Cup without playing our strongest squad, then I might get excited about the prospect of winning it
