FA cup shock last night as Hungerford were knocked out by step 5 club Bradford Town 2-0.

Looks like St Neots may be kicked out of the FA cup due to the FA investigating whether they played an ineligible player and is rumoured to be their goal keeper not being registered in time.

There was an altercation between officials of both clubs at the end of the game and Tilbury fans have been asking on their forum what it was all about, St,Neots did play a loan keeper who was playing his first game for them since he wasnt cup-tied and this seems to be the man who the FA investigation is about.

St Neots ordered to replay the match next Tuesday at Tilbury with all the gate receipts going to Tilbury and St Neots paying for their own travelling expenses.

Another piece of unwelcome news for the rebels tonight  is that Basingstoke finally managed  to get a win  which may pick up their morale a liitle prior to our cup match with them  Their record is now  W1 D5 L8.

Just read  in the Basingstoke Gazette that Basingstoke will be without  1st choice  midfielders  James Brown and Simon Dunn out through injury  and are also sweating on  match day fitness tests on two other players.
