Massive shift tomorrow with former Aston Clinton & Sun Postal Reserve manager Paul Faulkner making his way over with Levy tomorrow.

 

Excited to see him although the last time I see him randomly was at a Wealdstone - Hendon derby game when he was doing the goalkeeper coaching? Plenty of passion in that tank, should be some good verbal screams from that bench.

Hale Leys started this game with plenty of movement and scored 2 goals within 15 minutes, the first was from a superb cross for it to be headed in from the near post. The second was from a very unusual decision from the ref who deemed the ball was passed back to the keeper who handled it, all this was inside the area. A nice pass across goal was placed neatly into the net. From then on the game became scrappy to finish the 1st half, Things did not improve in the 2nd half with much of the play in Hale's half but without much trouble to the defence. Things changed with Hale making substitutions, 2 more goals came but it could and should have been more. The referee didn't make himself popular with the sending off of the Crendon manager after a barrage of abuse to him.
