New player

Seems we might have a new player joining us.

 

For a bit of fun and to get the 'Jungle drums' going, I thought I'd speculate on who the player might be.

 

We know that he is an attacking player and was at Slough before our present Managers took charge.

 

Based on that information he could be either an attacking midfielder, winger or a center forward.

 

Personally, unless a player is leaving, I'd say that we don't need another center forward. A left winger is certainly a possibility but did we have any left wingers/wide left players under Bateman that would fit the bill?

 

I can't think of an attacking midfielder under Bateman that we could bring in that would enhance our midfield.

 

For me that just leaves another center forward.

 

The only player that I can think of that our managers know well enough to bring in is Danny Burnell, probably way off the mark but that's my guess with possibly a player leaving.

Could be Sinclair, Herron or Burnell but personally feel the need for a leader on the pitch, who could play left wing......it's got to be Dave Woozley !!!

I would guess an attacking midfielder/winger. Doesn't have to be a player during the Bateman era although it's probable. Can't think of anyone who would good enough still to play at this level! Could well be Charlie Mpi, none that have been mentioned above I would say would enhance what we have.

Can only see a striker coming in if one is going out......maybe Read on loan to get some games
