First look at the team last night and whilst I never get too carried away with pre-season, we looked very lively and played some nice stuff going forward in particular. Of the new players, obviously Lewis Putnam stood out with some excellent movement and finishing. I wonder how he might fare up against the Michael Walker's of the division but we'll soon find out. He looks to have struck up a good understanding with Jake Parsons who was outstanding.

 

Good signs heading into what will be a tough season. 

 

 

If we play the ball in the air, like a lot of players this season, he will have no chance.

 

Play the ball to his feet and he will have every chance.
