Fantastic news. A massive step forward having a target date set. Seems like a good idea to have a plan that allows us to move in while the main stand is built. Fingers crossed we will see some works soon enough.

Considering how long it has taken so far, to get in next August would be great, but if waiting longer is required to get it right then so be it, but to get work started is key as whilst it is only on paper it is still at risk.

Before we have any speculation on it all, there will be a statement from the club in due course.

 

As you can imagine with all the goings on Steve is particularly busy at the moment.

Tom there's always going to be speculation social media will always beat an official website, and that is what a forum is for to discuss and speculate.

The official statement on the website is pretty short and swift and still gives the impression of hurdles to overcome still or have I read it wrong? I thought this was the final final big massive green light let actual construction start?

apparrently still a meeting of the full council to approve.  this meeting was really only to confirm that the funds were in place for the project to begin i am led to believe this meeting is next week.
