Chris Clapham
Delighted with our FA Cup draw and no Vase action until November. I do envy one or two of the CCL clubs away draws however. Some lovely away days! http://wibbandune.simplesite.com/
E&E Rich
We'd all love a trip to Arundel so this year its Raynes Park that get the plum draw! Not so happy with our draws tbh but that's the way it goes. Erith & Belvedere are a top Kent side and will be pushing for a return to the Ryman again and in the Vase we travel to recently relegated Horsham who will also surely be looking to bounce straight back up. Oh well!

Oh well! I quite agree Rich. Arundel town and the surrounding area make you be proud to be a Southern Brit.

Oh well! That is tough Rich, but those clubs are at this step for a reason. Tough cup draw for us away at Binfield and neighbours Knaphill play Highworth Town who went a long way in the Vase last season. Badshot Lea and Camberley have one of the toughest draws. Always feels a bit disappointing when you draw a team from your league doesn't it?

Nothing against Badshot Lea in the slightest however would have preferred Arundel away. I am sure ITK will understand
Jeff Hamnett TSF
Away to Deal for us.(Dorking) New one for me, anyone been there lately?
In The Know
Tough draw for both us/Camberley and Fleet imo. I share Krooner's thoughts on this, none of us would have chosen to play each other and would have all preferred matches against teams that don't know you and your players etc. it is what it is and I am sure the games will be good adverts for the CCL. Anyway, football is back today with our first friendly v Step 4 Marlow

E&E Rich
Agreed some tough draws all around. And I also agree about the Badshot v Camberley draw. It is a bit of an anti-climax as you hope to play someone different. We drew Camberley ten years ago which wouldn't have been so bad, but we also had two matches in the Associate Members Trophy in addition to the Ryman League! At least there is an attractive draw in Fleet Town for one of you two next, and I suppose it's the same for Epsom if we got past Erith we would host Carshalton, who we haven't beaten since 1955, so nothing to lose there. I haven't been to Deal since they pulled the famous and unusual old stand down (it tapered away to about four feet deep at both ends) and the fire at the clubhouse. Probably looks completely different, but make a day of it. There is a nice town nearby in Kingsdown with a pub right on the beach called the Zetland Arms. I had my first alcohol in there! Not saying how old I was, but it was on Scout Camp! I made a point of going back there in 1992 when we drew Deal in the Cup, I assume it is still there now, but probably worth checking first!
