As the forum is quiet.Thought I'd put forward my best of Premier team.

This is a 3-1-4-2 formation of

               P.Walker[Corby] GK

J.Whisken[Poole]CH  R.Frater[st Neots] CH  M.Walker[Poole]

                          Fotheringham[Chesham] HM

C.Shepherd[Weymouth]RWB  S.Devlin[Poole Town]CM   A.Sammons [Redditch]CM  A.O'Brien[Hungerford] LWB

             M.Draycott[Hungerford]CF  S.Yetton [Weymouth]CF

Subs:S.White[Truro] T.Little[Chesham] D.Pearce[Chesham] D.Roberts[st Neots] Charlie Mpi [Hungerford]

How's that for an attacking team !

As for our Slough players, one of ours would definitely make the bench, with 2 near as damn it and another 2-3 who could make the squad [if fit] !

Enol Ordonez (Histon)

Lewis Tallack (Poole) Whisken (Poole) Walker (Poole) Diak John (Hungerford)

Lewis Hilliard (St Neots) Steve Devlin (Poole) Luke Burbage (Poole) Ashley Sammons (Redditch)

Spencer Weir-Daley (Corby) Nat Jarvis (Cirencester)

A better balance than my team but not as exciting!

Hillard and Burbage were close to getting in my selection.

Nat Jarvis I forgot about ! but would stick by my front two. As an under-rated striker I liked Jon Davies from Paulton Rovers.

Some great players but with his amazing scoring record bit shocked not to see ed smith in anyone's team.

Didn't include Slough players for obvious reasons.

If I had, Ed would have been on the subs bench !

We all know what a mercurial talent he is but his temperament can let him down. With so many good strikers to choose from in this league, another selector may view him as a risk/liability.Probably why he isn't playing higher.

To be fair to Ed he's had a cracking first season in the Premier and has knuckled down and reined in his over the top aggressions somewhat. Not totally but certainly better than the previous season.

On his day,he is a class act and has been a great signing for our club.Playing like this, long may he stay.
