With regards to the earlier picture against Barnet the no.8 cannot be Jimmy Quinn as he didn't sign til March 90. It looks like Nicky Ironton to me.

From a slide that, according to the date on the mount, was processed in March 1983. It's a Middlesex Cup game against Harrow Borough, but can you name the Enfield no 10? I'll admit that if I hadn't labelled the slide I'd have no idea now. Let's just call him one of Eddie McCluskey's less successful signings. No prizes at all for identifying Trevor Savage.

Trevor retired very young with a bad knee injury. You're thinking of Peter Hinds who found his way to Dundee United.

Peter Hinds is who you're talking about - he went on to play in the top league of Japan, Scotland and Portugal (where he was top scorer for one season for his club C.S. Marítimo).

 

He only stopped playing about 8 years ago at the age of 45 ish and is currently the manager of a Northern Irish non-league team.
