Really sorry to see Reese Yorke go.

 

I thought Reese was exceptional for the first half of the season but for some reason his form, along with others, tailed off in the second half.

There was always going to be some changes with the defensive lineup. Individually all very good players but for some reason it didn't work collectively.

Unless we sign anyone on contract then anything before the first game is irrelevant. Players can't officially sign anything until late July I think it is and even then if they aren't on contract they can move. Last season we had Gary McDonald lined up, played him in a friendly at Hayes & Yeading and by the end of that day he'd committed to sign for them not us.

Kay will know the exact date but I know it's during the summer. Either way, it means nothing until any players pull on a shirt at the first game of the season.
