Rebadiah Hongfield
I don't often tend to stray away from the Prem but Kings Langley had that tied up a long time ago and it made me stray to Div 1. What a game this is on Thursday... Bedford, after having their promotion dreams torn apart in recent weeks , have the chance to go to Hatfield's ground and spoil someone else's promotion hopes. WHAT. A. FIXTURE!!!!
nick.ince
What a fixture indeed! Hatfield have a great home record and will want to preserve it, as well as securing second place. If you believe the rumours, finishing third could be as valuable as second...so Bedford have it all to play for! We (Brox) were in attendance at Bush Hill, and have to admit to getting a little excited when Bush Hill scored and then should have won it in the final seconds! The Hatfield fans were good value. Looking forward to a cracking end to the season!
Rebadiah Hongfield
Superb end of season drama in div 1. May have changed my opinion slightly that the prem is the only ssml division worth talking about. And to add to the drama, Bedford gaffer an all-round nice guy "Rocky" has been sacked just days before the big clash!
nick.ince
That is the worst news that I could have heard! Hatfield will be rubbing their hands together.
Bedford FC
Rocco and Bishop have indeed agreed to manager our last game of the season, and in the spirit of football, will do their upmost to win the fixture.

nick.ince
Bedford still have a promotion to fight for if you believe the rumours that the top 3 will go up.

PeterPan1
I think there's still a twist in Div 1 as a Mr B Harrison has played 2 games whilst under suspension, the draw with Crawley Green then the Victory against Hatfield but then Broxbourne leave him out the 2 games after at Wodson and Stony, any news on this Nick as the herts FA clearly have him on there as suspended from the 7th April? Would they lose the 4 points they gained in these games? Or the FA to blame for this cock up? Could be interesting as if bedford win they have a chance of second got to be worth them knowing before going into the big fixture surely?
Uncle T
No it is not the top three, top 2 only unless there are vacancies.
nick.ince
Vacancies in the prem. Happened when I was at Hoddesdon.
nick.ince
B.Harrison served his suspension and missed the games against wodson and stony.
Uncle T
No vaccines this season as far as I know, top team will go up and be replaced from the Southern League. No one else is resigning but there may be some lateral movements.

OD's
Blimey what a killer for Hatfield Town, top 3 all season, unbeaten at home and only have to beat Bedford for promotion. Thoughts go out to them. Mind you, wont miss going to the Gosling though.
