FT

Southall 2

Baldock Town 2

(ATT - 44)

If any team deserved to win tonite it was Southall in my opinion.

J.Ward was out unjured it looked. But he was still at the game supporting his teamates which is a good sign for Southall and him playing for them next season as he is a top player.

Thought J.Hopla had a good game and so did the Southall number 11.

Didnt think D.Cassells could do anything about the first Baldock goal and the second was a goal mouth scramble.

The Baldock keeper should have done better with the two Southall goals.

I enjoyed listening to the Baldock Town supporters singing behind the goal fare play to them they didnt stop singing all game top supporters in my opinion. Ive never heard singing at this level of football before.

:-)

Good Game tonight  2-2 with Baldock - despite not achieving the victory, I really enjoyed watching Southall creative football and with a bit of composure in front of goal the game could have been wrapped up at half time. Really think something very very interesting is being created at Southall and one or two additions to this very young squad could see them go all the way next season.

Manager is so confident in what he wants and the lads are really responding & the fans are benefiting coz that was as entertaining a game as ive seen for a while, although the home side have cooked up a few good solid performances recently.

Joe Hopla was given MoM I understand and yes Jack Ward appaently has assured the manager he is loving the project and wants in...so fingers crossed..

Loved the Baldock Fans singing create a good atmosphere - wish we could get singers at the ground every week.
