cup of tea
Well, we're going down with the Bury (and Witham too). A game we really should have won. Still don't know why that second half goal was disallowed, ref must have seen something we didn't. I don't think he understood the concept of handball either. Never mind, it didn't really matter as both Harrow and VCD won so it made the result meaningless. Good strike from George. Will be interesting to see who goes down with us as it's quite tight apart from the bottom
Burdy
Ref indicated that shirt had been pulled for the disallowed goal but did not see it also should have been a penalty in the last minutes but there you go the story of our season. Still new season new clubs to visit come on you urchins

cup of tea
It's not the despair - I can take the despair, it's the hope I can't stand - John Cleese It is a sad day but I think we knew it was coming and at least we know for sure now

Eastside Urchin
Inigo stated tonight on social media,he was our favourite club and that he would play for hornchurch for nothing, and that he would play here again one day if it was upto him, just a thought but let's get in players who really want to play for the club. paokman
Couldn't bring myself to applaud the team off the pitch today considering the way in which they've played without commitment for much of the latter half of this season. Other than George of course, without his goals we'd have been down long ago. I wish the team well next year and I'll be there for the start of Ryman north, only way is up guys, what a difference from this time last year. Miss.A.F.C.Hornchurch
I be honest the only player that I applauded at the end of the game was George as he was flat on his back on the pitch, what I will take for certain as devastation. I pray that he stays with us next season as I know with his goal scoring ability he is the one that can take us back up! However if he wants to leave and play at a higher level, then I, and I'm asure others with understand that if he wants to leave then fair play to him. No complaint there. Any way back to relegation, heart is fcking pieces!!!!!!! Head, more on level terms felt this was going to happen and was prepared. Big question, where do we go from here???!! PS, anyone else think VCD winning 3-0 is a complete and utter farse?????!!! (Bring on the onslaught!!!)

Wivenhoe Urchin
I think yesterday's game summed up our season quite well, in that we haven't got the wins we need to stay up. Disappointingly we haven't got enough points to even take it to the last game. One of the weakest teams to come to the Bridge yesterday still left with a result. Overall we deserve relegation. Hopefully we have a strong season now in the ryman north.

romford boy
But Alan why do you only have us as your foes then ........... Happy hunting Because Chelmsford are not our foes and most of us actually quite like them and wish them well. We even had a couple of their fans at last Saturdays game and one at yesterday's match supporting us.

shrimper
cant say the north is going to bring that many new grounds or faces etc just the same old bunch but with lower crowds than the ryman prem , tilbury . heybridge , maldon , thamesmead , bury , ware , thurrock, aveley zzzz ive noticed this season very few north games had crowds much over the 100 mark maybe harlow around 250 and looking to go up to the prem top of the list ,
SEVEN TEARS BOY
Oi Shrimper, Needham Market, Sudbury, Wroxham (one or two of these might go up though), Dereham, Brightlingsea, Soham...
cup of tea
Few new grounds there (obviously promotion will come into it). Might have a trip to White Hart Lane as I believe that Haringey Borough FC play there and they've just been promoted (Not Spurs ground BTW!). shrimper
i think haringey ground share with another ESL team greenhouse london and there will still be a few trips to billericay in the various cups ive no doubt
BlueGate Alan
Nothing farcial about the VCD game, they are on a 4 game winning streak and played us off the park. Our team we put out should still have given them a good game but we are playing very indifferently since we beat you lot at ours. Anyways Urchins will always be my second favourite club despite some people thoughts on us.
